I keep saying Vertonghen cannot defend at left back and we keep getting done from him being played there.

But he's the best defender in the league, he's a great reader of the game, he's great in the tackle blah blah blah
 
Lacked any real finishing against West Ham just now. Real shame, should have been 3 points in the bag. We dominated the game overall but Suarez was off color, Sturridge was played in a more wide right position after he came on, were too focused on defending when we should have been throwing everyone forward for everything possible.

At least we got a point, seems worthless though.
 
Vertonghen is a quality (if a little slow) CB. At left back he is awesome going forward. Defensively as a LB he is really poor.
 
Typical transfer in Suarez make him my captain and Liverpool get a 0-0 at home to rubbish West Ham :(
