While I'll give him a little more credit over the effort Spurs have put into Europe compared to last year, they've been around/behind the points total Spurs had most of last season and AFAIK they had 1 point more after 32 games last year, long after Spurs entered their crappy form part of the season.
Spurs run/performance in their first year of the champs league was more impressive than this years run in the Europa league, and that all discounts what I think is a noticeably worse league this year, with a huge portion of the table playing worse football than last year, top to bottom. The top teams have been more beatable this year(in quality of football, though they often haven't, Utd have been dross in multiple games, as has almost everyone), the bottom teams are more beatable. I think because the league is in general worse than last year, and IMHO, by a noticeable margin, a team looking to match last seasons performance should be looking for more points this year.
Basically I don't think he's done an awful lot for Spurs at all, play the same way, same tactic as Harry implemented last year(play crap strikers while giving Bale a free role and ignoring woeful fullbacks).
