Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [6th - 11th April 2012]

He's one of the nicest blokes in football, very down to earth (has an oyster card and uses the tube rather than poncing about in a supercar like a lot of players) does a lot of work with kids and projects around Tottenham, etc.

Doesn't even like football and never watches it, just plays the game to earn a wage which is a bit strange.

Yep read same article , his attitude changed when he had a career threatening injury. He's got a smart car as well IIRC

Question for Spurs fans.

Have you lot heard anything about Walker being a bit of a sod? I haven't heard anything but whenever I see him play he just seems to have that sneering look on his face like Barton does which looks although he is thinking "I'm better than all you" that and whenever he makes a mistake he always starts screaming at other players to blame them. Reminds me a lot of Ashley cole when younger. Might just be in my head but has anything ever been said about him?

I don't know what he's like now, but when he played for Sheff Utd I saw him in town a couple of times, and he was always really friendly, had a good laugh and always stopped to have a chat with me. It might have gotten to his head playing for England and Tottenham? Who knows, but he didn't used to be like that at least. :)

Apparently the team for Liverpool today is:

Doni, Flanagan, Carragher, Skrtel, Enrique, Henderson, Gerrard, Shelvey, Downing, Kuyt and Suarez

Hopefully it'll be a 4-2-3-1 because a 4-4-2 with Henderson on the right and Shelvey and Gerrard in the middle is asking for trouble.

No Murphy or Pogrebnyak for Fulham today;

Schwarzer, Riise, Hangeland, Hughes, Kelly, Kacaniklic, Dembele, Diarra, Ruiz, Duff, Dempsey

First start for Kacaniklic - only had his debut in the last game!

Doni, Flanagan, Carragher, Skrtel, Enrique, Henderson, Shelvey, Gerrard, Downing, Suarez, Kuyt. Subs: Jones, Bellamy, Carroll, Maxi, Spearing, Agger, Coates.

Our team, Now i know Bellamy had a shocker last week but he has mianly been good so should start imo, Agger i would want to start but im guessing isnt fully fit so id opt for Coates over Carra

Everton team

Howard, Hibbert, Baines, Jagielka, Distin, Gibson, Cahill, Neville, Gueye, Pienaar, Jelavic

Spurs look like they've lost all energy since the start of the season. Like nothing in the tank what so ever.

Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Luiz, Bertrand, Meireles, Essien, Sturridge, Mata, Malouda, Drogba. Subs: Turnbull, Romeu, Torres, Mikel, Bosingwa, Ferreira, Kalou.
