For those still complaining about City's non penalty, under the letter of the law a penalty could never be given to City:

Not the best performance from us in terms of controlling the game but on the whole we defended very well, restricting City to 2(?) real chances all game, and a real clinical performance going forward. Best team won and the best team's top of the League.

Its unbelievable. I believe it was someone on TAW who said we have De Bruyne at RB and they are bang on.
Tbf most people don't fully understand the laws of the game, not least laws around handballs. I'm sure we'd have been going mad had the situation been reversed and no doubt those complaining now won't be put off by being told they're factually wrong either.
