I guess it will depend on how they are packaged, but if they are all in a huge box with 'samples' marked on it I cant see them believing that

Pretty much. Ordering individually means you're less likely to get stung for import duties as it won't arouse as much interest at customs compared to a massive box with 20 or 30 kits.

You could have had it about a month ago too

dunno, just asking, I don't see how we can not be liable

even if everyone was shipped individually it would still be over the threashold

But with combined shipping and a lower purchase price it might have not worked out that much cheaper depending on if you got caught/charged for import

If customs decide it's taking the "proverbial. tell you what it's it's a good job I didn't swear because as an ex Don I know much better than that" they can and will stop and intercept the shipment and charge an appropriate rate of duty

That would work for a single box,but a massive box full of 25 litres of paint a sample? Dont think so
