I paid £36.42 via paypal for mine, so saved at least £20. That's not bad actually :)

not if you take all the facts in

you are like comparing "free super saver delivery" with gauranteed next day delivery

£36.50 against £53 is a saving of £16.50

how long have you had to wait for delivery??????

add the discount hes getting

would you rather of not gotten the paint 2 months ago rather than save £16.50

also if his order was over 2K he gets everyones money - keeps it in his bank account for a month - gets interest whilst he waits for the last few people to pay

also you have paid for a product and after 2 months of you no longer have your money or the product - i'd rather pay £50 and receive something in a timely fashion than pay £36 and receive it 2-3 months later

I don't really care to be honest, I'm in no hurry for it. Only paid for it a few days ago as it went on my credit card anyway.

well hardly anyone thinks like that or else companies like citylink, royal mail, etc, wouldnt be pushing themselves to deliver parcels quicker

oh yeah remember that tv we ordered last christmas it finally arrived - im glad i saved that extra tenner

Go back to running your chain of restaurants or whatever.

Buying a TV is hardly the same as some touch up paint I haven't even had a chance to use if I'd wanted to anyway.

in 2 months you have not had a spare 5 minutes to use something you call "touch up paint" which refers it to being a small easy to use application

i like how you refer to my "chain of restaurants" also - when did i buy them? must have been drunk that night - cant remember

I know, we are too poor :( We have to buy used ones :(

The shame is overwhelming.

If only you had an all you can eat 'restaurant' and a cousin that does 400 miles in his M3 a day full of 'packages'! You could afford a new Mini from your mum's Motability :)

As much of an idiot as you are, you have a point. For the sake of a couple of quid these kits could have been in the hands of the buyers quite literally weeks ago.

This group buy seems to have turned into somewhat of a farce.

Agreed, but he came on here to gloat rather than actually be contructive.

It doesn't bother me that the paints haven't turned up yet as it isn't a 5-min job and I've been busy anyway!

:)

I didn't know I could make interest from money being in my paypal account!
Really nice of you guys to say such things. I decided to do a group buy for 2 forums, not knowing just how enormous it would have turned out. It got big and I tried to sort it anyway, and because of that, time has not worked well. If you have a problem with how long it's taken I apologise, but saying I've done this to make the money is flipping outrageous!
