WHAT! Motorstorms visuals we're fanatastic and as good as anything out there at the moment motorsport wise, its what made me buy the game.

I might of agreed until I saw the Killzone 2 trailer, that was close to the target trailer and its only pre-alpha so a lot of work to go yet. Dont think i would call motorstorm graphics terrible though.

There's little doubt the first part was not in-game. But the replays and display of street/buildings seemed genuine.

Looks like it's shaping up to be a great game. Really hope this one continues to define the racing genre like the original did on the PS.

Forza2 is a great game. But the amount of hype and bull some people were spouting and using to compare to any forthcoming GT game is a bit of a joke.

1up confirmed the trailer was in-game, but instead of getting into arguments about it.... well wait and see I think the doubters will be pleasantly surprised. I think killzone confirmed ps3 can do some special looking games.

Replay mode is part of the game, nobody was acctually racing during those trailers.

Sigh... When was the last time you raced with a camera 50 foot in front of the car? Or from a camera sat on the side of the track.. Those were either replays or in engine. The Nissan car at the start im not sure, but the bit with the trees looks like a tunnel of textures :confused:

Looks good but how good will the phsyics be? GT:HDs phsyics is poor compared to Forza2.....hope they have improved it.
Looking forward to an interior view while playing but no damage f.t.l.

Well we only got 4 months to go before GT5 Prologue is released I can wait . Nice to know the Prologue will have online multi player.

GT HD is just that , GT4 with HD models, its not a whole new game engine dont think we can compare GT HD with GT 5 or prologue.

GT HD isn't just high def GT 4, there was going to be a GT 4 in 1080p but i think they scrapped it. GT HD has new models, new backgrounds (which i think are just images) new everything.

can do it on pretty much most pc race sims

, well the hardcore ones like lfs and that other ones whos name ive just forgot :s edit - rfactor

lol, im sure you can get some crazy cameras but the only views ive seen on a console would be using the analogue to move around the car or replay mode.
That video definetely wasn't someone moving around the car as they all drove by so it had to be replay.

Ones in distance are bitmap images what i read a while ago though ones close are not.
