GTA 6 leaks

Some talk that it might have more than one location. Map is supposedly around 3x the size of GTA V's map although not sure if that counts as all different locations added together.

If they wanted to make a big map do California or something.

Just to add to this people were plotting out co-ordinates they saw in the leaked footage and found that there was a close match to this map (focus on the black and white map)

I can't find the image now, but they overlayed the GTA 5 map using the same coordinate system and found that the GTA 5 map was roughly the size of the downtown + vice garden area to the south east of the main landmass.

Ive played 5 a few times but still never finished it, also tried the online but it took forever to load anything, i think that has been fixed now though, ultimately it was the griefing that put me off.

When you try to play online,doing missions and stuff but other players just mess it up for you, usually by using stuff you get after playing 100s of hours to destroy you or whatever you're doing, flying bikes, armoured trucks etc... They also use cheats and hacks to brick your game.

I went back for the first time in a long time at the weekend. You can now easily have a friends only lobby and do your deliveries in peace and keep your heart rate at a manageable level
Kinda boring tbh, I miss the sound of a missile locked on to my postal van or Dodo and that feeling of impending doom.

I used to disconnect the internet for a few seconds and it would put you in a solo server for a bit. A friend's only server sounds great if you have friends lol. Never did do any of the heists

Yeah I changed the MTU code on the PS and it did the same, problem was if your friend joined it would just randomly disconnect you. The friends only lobby can be solo too if no friends online. I'm likely done with it TBH. The island heist you need the sub for can be done solo although I never managed it.

Many years ago when i played, some guy was shooting money bags at me from a rocket launcher - i was making millions and actually thanked him for helping a newbie. Yeah, Rockstar zero'd and banned me a few days later for hacking!

The leaker said the game is definitely coming in either 2024 or 2025. Cool bro.
Is there anything concrete? RDR1 remake seems like a waste of resources to me. Yeah it was great, probably my favourite game of all time tbh, but any need for it a year or so before GTA6 release?

No, it's all guessing and reddit rumors. Nothing is confirmed.

This is all im getting ATM - spoils it really. Don't mind someone killing me once, but why do it over and over? I just can't see the fun in it tbh.

There is no fun in it but someone did it to him when he was at your level and the mechanics of GTA online absolutely encourage him to. There is little else to do as a solo player now. There are missions to run but they are too hard solo and the rewards are weak anyway, your time is better spent dropping off bags of coke and meth. As I said up there, you can now do these deliveries and drop offs for all your businesses in a private lobby either solo or with friends. If he is a high enough level he likely has all the MC businesses, Nighclub and Bunker running at full steam which will pull in $1m+ per real time hour and there's not that much to spend it on.

I need to find a lobby with a crew that will run heists etc. I’m only lvl 89 - I checked and I’ve not touched the game since 2020 so forgot where I am with things.

I would think looking on GTA forums or reddit might be a way to line that up better. I never got into crews but maybe you can search for an active heist crew through that? Of course you can search in game for a heist but it's painfully slow, you'll get some disconnects or be kicked or be put with someone who is clueless and dies in the first part of the set up . GTA Online is dying a slow death but we've been saying that for 5 years!
