Someone really wanted to kill me.

I was in passive mode.
I stopped my truck (in photo) on the street and went into a clothing store.
He shot at my empty truck, lit it with petrol (didn't blow up), then proceeded to shoot at the store (i am safe inside),

then drove the truck into the store in an attempt to run me over?!

He died btw, and dropped like $24.

It was interesting watching him from inside anyway! But failed and died was the best part, but got to give him credit for creativity, he even shot a rocket at the store.

It's the big S when you're doing the text message missions for him I think. I got confused at first because usually you drop cars off at his shop.

I did, just had it repaired and resprayed at Los Santos customs.

Anyone had there car cloned ?

Was doing missions with a couple of friends last night and when the job had finished and we jumped back into the lobby there was a clone of my car sitting there

Someone at work told me that today, if you have a specced up personal car, your friend can sell it and make a LOT of money.

It seems to be another glitch.

I think it was mentioned a few pages back. You sell it and immediately change character (or something like that), and when you go back into the game, you have the money in your account and still have the car. People have been doing it very quickly and making a huge amount of money

I think this is a different glitch, it requires you and a friend.

One friend brings along his personal specced up car, you start the mission as a passenger in his car and when the mission is over. You both respawn inside the car, except you will be in a clone of his car.

So you can drive his cloned car and sell it. Next game day, if you repay the favour with your own personal car, you both can make quite a lot of money too. Obviously not as fast as the switch character method as you can only sell one car per game day.

The guy at work says he was selling cars at $82k per pop ! (which I thought was weird, thought the limit wsa $50k)

Anybody else think that R* are stringing us along with the patch & free half a mill until COD is released in an attempt/bribe to keep us playing ?

COD is released & they bring out the patch & 500k to keep us hooked ?

Well 500k & the Beach Pack & no doubt a few mods in the patch is a good attempt. Won't stop me buying COD on day of release though.

Yeah its a separate glitch

Its also how people "dupe" rare cars that can't be had normally like the Obey Tailgater, which can only be obtained during the tutorial.

If you're driving someone elses car at the end of the mission (dont go near the cut scene location), you spawn back into free roam with it.

Pop down to LSC and sell it, if it's a non premium car. The maxed out ones we use sell for approx $120k each.

If you haven't currently got a mission that you all end in cars on, just launch any mission from the passenger seat of the car you want (start it on your own). When you spawn in the mission with the car, put it in your garage, then sell it after the mission (the same as the 22k Felon GT from 'out of court settlement').
