Have they increased the amount of fighter jets in the air base? or is it based on your level?
when I was lower level I swear I never got chased when I stole a fighter jet, just 4 stars and lots of police. Now i'm getting relentless fighter jets chasing me and no warning when they lock on with missiles. It's great fun, but slightly annoying without the warning I suddenly explode.

What is it with randoms wanting to kill me?
Someone chased me for a good 10 mins last night, it was a good thing I was driving around in a fast car (Infernous or something), after about a dozen of sharp U-turns I managed to lose him but it was a little annoying as I have done nothing to him.
Add to another player tried to kill me when I was stealing a car for Simeon, and another one tried to kill me whilst in the clothing store…..
May be I had a bounty on my head? How do you know if you have a bounty on your head?

may as well be a lie, it's coming when the problems are sorted. everytime they fix one thing there's another problem.
I'm beginning to think that too.
First we needed a title update to get the stimulus package. Then the title update came and went, and the stimulus package was coming next week. Next week came and went and it was next week, after another title update.
Another week has passed, and still no sign of the stimulus package or the next title update.

Love that van (and the colour), how many people does it hold?
Also, what is the cheapest apartment with a 10 space garage? I have saved up $60k so far, not purchases much on the side at all, want to get a 10 slots apartment.

When you join a lobby you get a text pop up thing telling you to watch out as you have a bounty. I don't think you show up on your own map as a red dot (like other players do who have a bounty on them).

Yeah, it is a green car (special car) icon on the map, no wonder the moment I picked it up I got rammed senseless from someone random in a blue sports car, the car was up in the mountain and I too some serious risks driving off road with it to get away, flipped and rolled it lots of times, twice landed on the roof and just had enough momentum to turn over. Thought I would die/lose the car about half a dozen time, it was battered as a result. I only lost him when I drove towards a cliff, braked hard, waited for him to ram towards me and moved over just enough so he went down the cliff! I bet he was annoyed with that! Then I limped to Los Santos Customs and the second guy caught me when I as was coming out after a repaint but had no idea where to drop the car off.
As for getting targeted, I try not to get involve with randoms. Most of the time when free roam I just rob a store, buy new clothes, steal random cars to get around and then sell it. The time when I was getting targeted while inside the store was weird. The car wasn't even my personal vehicle, yet he kicked it, and tried to blow it up by pouring petrol on the car/ground and shooting at the fuel in order to blow the car up. Which was pointless as I will just steal another. Oddly, his plan didn't work. Then he lingered and fired rockets at the store front. I just watched him from the window, and taking pictures. He died trying though when he drove through the door of the store and flipping the car.
I swear one time someone invited me to their apartment just to kill me. So I never left his apartment, stayed there and drank whiskey, watched TV, eventually he sold his apartment and I got ejected !

I'd personally hold out for Tinsel Towers at $289,000 for the much better view ! I've got eclipse towers Apt 40 and managed to convince at least two Apt 31 owners to swap due to the better view
I am going to with you ended up on a servers with griefers. Best way to deal with them is either just leave the server or my preferred method is to hunt them down continually as they seem to loose interest once you kill them a few times.
I was playing last night flying around in a cargo bob, found an NPC car I wanted to steal so decided to pick it up and fly it home but some randomer started shooting me so flew off. About 5 mins later trying to pick up another car the same randomer snipes me out of cargo bob. I spawn and he tries to run me over but misses so I shot him. Cue him putting a bounty on me and hunting me down. After killing him several times he stopped coming after me but then the hunter became the hunted
I think by the time he quit the server it was about 14-3 in my favour.You need this:

Highly doubt it, if it was EA or the likes I would agree but not one of R*'s moves, they just want things to be stable so that when they do give it all out no one can turn around and say they didn't get it as they were deleted etc etc.
If you really want 500k quickly just glitch, or do racing for a day.

I don't need the 500k it's like Fox said above Maybe a week or so ago when we needed it but there's nowt I want to buy now & I have a few hundred grand in the bank anyways, Today I got one of those little drift cars & modded the **** out of it just for the sake of it. I want more mission & Heists & Custom races etc teh 500k will just get used for ammo anyways.
