GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

Thought I'd take a break from GTA and bought Assassin's Creed IV (PS3). Loving the game so far, best in the series imho. Noticed it came with a code to redeem the PS4 version of the game for £9.99. Fire up PS4 - Enter code in PS Store - Buy game - Insert PS3 Disk into PS4 - Play game.

Surely we're just bug testing GTA V for the next gen consoles?

Edit. Not complaining as I've had a lot of fun playing GTA online :D

Its all there a few pages back. You sell a car but the moment you commit and hit sell, go to the online menu and choose the option for swap character. Choose the same character you were using (or your only character if applicable) and you'll respawn back with the cash and the car.

Make sure its a car you own and repeat until you get bored.

i have noticed this a lot, players camping outside LSC waiting for glitchers!!

The way i do the glitch
Get a land rover
Go to my garage it's now tracked - important otherwise the car wont spawn.
Go to LSC and mod as much as you can.
Exit LSC and wait for it to save - you should see the spinning arrow at the bottom right.
go back into LSC and sell - upon sell press start and swap player.
I would recommend that you fully insure the car - i raged when i got the BMW and some 12 yr old kid blew my car up outside LSC and it wasn't insured.
And remember when modding to always exit LSC for it to save as the mods wont save if you dont

Max i got on mods was $46k i made $400k in 10 mins :)

I am on level 17 and the most I can get back from a Range Rover is $20k !

The Mustang gives me $25k and the Sandking gives me $30k.

It seems this glitch works is because the game puts the money in your account before taking the vehicle away.

When you hit sell, you can see the money in the top right corner of the screen, but at that same moment, you are still sitting in your vehicle in the LSC.

This is the only moment when you have both the money and the vehicle. Obviously you can't just drive away and run away with the money, so the way to do it is to make the game dump you outside the LSC by respawning. (If you don't hit pause, you have about 2 seconds before it takes the car away from you and you get dumped outside the LSC on foot.)

This is where the character selection screen comes in.

A similar thing also happened to me in reverse the other day. Was being chased by someone and I made it to my garage, was driving in, with the screen playing the animation of the car driving in. But I got blew up and I died. My character respawned round the corner outside the garage, with a blown up Entity-XF outside at the side of the road.

I called the insurance company but was engaged, walked back into my garage and the car was there, brand spanking new. So the game had duplicated the car basically. It had put the car back in the garage (the moment it began the animation I guess), yet I was still outside in it when it blew up. It appears that is the way this game is coded, it gives something first before taking away the other. It isn't done sumultaneously.
 
how often do the armored cars spawn so you can rob them Im normally on this flat out but have only ever seen one once, went to my garage to get a car and the truck had gone, WTF??

Is there a way of getting one to spawn??

I've been using my Ubermacht Oracle 2 to get me $35k each time. Could add a few more mods to it too.

I've had that a couple of times too. I really hate the fade-into and fade-out-of the game world. When you activate your door or garage, you are still vulnerable for about 3-4 seconds.


If the money arrives, I don't think it will be before the next update which should be for the glitches people are exploiting.
 
I didn't think you can keep armoured cars as your own? With the exception of the 8 man police truck that is from Baine County and that only comes at 4 star wanted level.

And the money isn't dropped yet as far as i know.

Sorry what I ment was how do you get the armored car mission type? It showed me one on the map driving about, I was going to go and blow the dorrs take cash etc, but it had dissapeared, is there a contact you call to activate these??
