GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

I thought online was meant to have lots of missions, i'm almost lvl 20 and so far I think I've done about 6/7 different missions. It keeps emailing me the same missions again and again, even when people request help in a mission its one I've done.
other than that i'm not really having many problem online, losing $2000 when you die is annoying.
 
Online is loads of fun! I mainly rob stores, jump in a mission to lose wanted stars, get out, deposit money, hold up another store... Rinse and repeat!
 
I finally got into MP mode last night and completed most of the tutoral. When does the tutorial actually end and the game stops 'recommending' you do things and put waypoints on your hud?
 
Im not sure what to think of Multiplayer yet..

Managed to actually connect last night,Done the first Race and now its sending me to another mission.

Can you not just free roam without missions,invite another player to do a bank job with you or something?

Although i never actually got to see another player,everytime someone joined they quickly left? :D

As for Micro Transactions..whats all that crap about,Sick of games devs doing this now..where will it ever end.

seems as tho the game is hard to join after about 6-7 GMT. so it's just the server load they can't real with really because it was all good earlier.

bank jobs will come later on, their disabled for now.
you can free roam after the first few tasks, you'll keep getting messages about missions but you can ignore them and do them later. when you go offline they disappear and you get another when you go back online.

I've yet to connect :( I get as far as the 'Waiting for other players' level and my PS3 just sits there. I've been told that it'll eventually connect but after 30minutes I just switch the console off as it gets horribly hot for some reason.

All Rockstar have to do is create a timeout for that bit, so retries can be made without having to quit and reload the whole sodding game. I don't hold much hope for the weekend either.

Did have one annoying moment though, doing a mission with a random and we had to lose the cops. He was driving but clearly hadn't played the single player as he just kept bombing it along the main roads into more police instead of going down an alley and hiding. Took about 15 minutes to lose 2 stars!

I can't remember what it's called but the best game mode so far for me is the one where you're split into two teams both trying to steal a package from a NPC and get it back to your base. It was carnage. :D

Good fun mate! I'm hoping once the servers get better we can play again. Didn't really know what to do, the only icons on the map were my car and Ammu-nations.
