I just wish we had the option for steam to make a sound or we can set a custom sound when we get achievements. Half the time they dont pop up on the screen so half the time I have no idea I actually got one.

What I really want to know is how explorable is GTAV?

I liked GTA4 (always played pc GTA not console) but it seemed not as explorable as GTA3.

No parachute, no jetpack to buzz around in etc.

On GTA I spend 75% of the time mooching around getting into trouble then trying to get out of trouble (I really enjoy this :) ) and 25% of the time doing missions etc.

There are parachutes. The world is huge and there's also a huge under water area to explore as well.
I've played on both ps3 and ps4 and there has been a few new areas I found which I didn't know existed when I have done missions online

Not tried it online, is it co-op ?

It's open world, you have persistent skills and money. There are a load of jobs you can do co-op, plenty of content. They've just added in heists as well which I haven't tried which are apparently much longer and you need at least 4 people.

This is usually an issue with select games and overlays, e.g. RTSS. If you are using RTSS, you can enable custom direct3d support for the games you're having issues with and it should start working again. I've had it with MGS V GZ and The Evil Within in recent memory.

Yes, I know what the gameplay is like from many many videos (although I have managed to avoid any spoilers for the story mode so far). What I want to know is if it will run like a complete dog on the PC, especially with a weak CPU like mine.

Assuming you don't want to upgrade I would overclock your CPU, should help quite a bit as I would have thought it will bottleneck the GPU.

they are all rockstar copies.

even through steam. you still need the rockstar thing.

Yes thats right, but some people want a steam copy for reasons such as. Auto updates and steam achievements.

My reason for getting a steam copy, was for ease of downloading the game and auto updates.
