I don't think GTA's are ports except IV, they all ran fine for me and same with LA Noire which has a 30 fps cap but has more graphics options then Darksiders 2

LA Noire ran like a bag of spanners for me, very poor performance.

It's honestly not needed. They will bring it to PC eventually, they'd be daft not to.

All this is askign is for them to confirm whether or not they are, i.e. pointless.

+1 it's 100% going to be on pc. You don't need to wait for confirmation.

I hope GTA V runs ok on an ATi cards, today I've noticed how my 5870 runs GTA IV many times worse than my 9800GTX....

1> A shark druling over a dude in scuba gear.
2> A 'brother' in his car with a rottweiler sat in the front passenger seat.
3> One of those miniature 1 man submarines.

They're obviously developing for PC though as the guy above said, all these previews are all PC quality, the 360/PS3 would literally explode running games with these visuals. Then again RDR was the same, the previews, trailers and pre-release screenshots were flawless and looked amazing, then when it came out on consoles it was just an ugly mess of clay.

I was thinking, considering it comes out before the next gen hardware is released, they will probably launch the PC version and the next gen consoles version together at christmas so not entirely suprised. Looks like I will need to buy it twice again lol/

Rockstar are yet to do that though.

Dark Souls wasn't an amazing pc port, but got the job done and is one of my favourite games.

Hopefully thats got some truth in it, although I still might have to pick the game up on a console (awaiting hate) until its released on PC (as another typical port).
