GTR Evolution

i was really hoping i would blasting around the ring tomorrow, but with it being a little delayed to the original release date i shall have to wait for my ring fix...i think when people get it,we will need to pick a car, and see what lap time they get and post the results also.

I know most here will allready have Race 07, but for those of us who dont, this is handy for someone like me who doesnt allready have Race '07. Get to play Race '07 without having to wait till Monday

I would much prefer a boxed copy but if I have to wait longer and by the bundle rather than the expansion then they can keep it. I will be getting from Steam - I hate DL ing games if they are big as re installation is a pain! Can you backup game files on steam - I do not remember!

It's hardly free when there's a $22.50 difference between GTR-E and the Race bundle - false advertising anyone? Plus, here it says it's $35.99 / $17.99 - have they jacked the price up within 1 day of the announcement? Think I'll stick with my pre-order elsewhere.
 
That Steam deal is a con!

It says if you buy GTR Evolution you get Race 07 free... Yet there are 2 different packages. The Upgrade for those who have Race, and the full GTR Evo including Race, and at different prices! Race is not free, its the price difference between upgrading and buying outright!

Still, this game looks good.

The $35.99/$17.99 is for the US only (as usual).
 
Has this unlocked for anyone yet?
I mean Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!!!!!! it's TOMORROW already in some places, and Steam still dutifully shows "sept 1st" as the release date.
Shops always lie, this I know. But surely even if Valve are lying....they'd have changed it so that it didn't say "sept 1st" ON SEPT 1st.
Worst thing is, that at 730am I had a message saying "this game unlocks in an hour", then it vanished.
Been up since 5pm yesterday, didn't want to go to bed (work nights BTW), until download started.
Not happy.
How do these scum get away with committing fraud like this.
