Guild Wars 2

Im really surprised by the Norn start. I thought it would be all smash, bang, crash, but it really chilled and on the same lines as Tauren.
I had planned to start my play with a charr but it was all far too hectic... Norn it is!

Had a HOM stone bug, but got it with my second charactor i made.

Can someone explain how the low to high pop servers are balanced when it comes to the WvWvW battlegrounds please?

Every 2 weeks servers get moved up and down a ranking based upon where they finished at the end of the WvWvW. So if you get stomped you move down the table. So the stompers all end up at the top vs each other and the stompees all end up at the bottom vs each other.

Right now it's 24 hours to reset not 2 weeks so they can quickly be ranked up against each other, so if you're on a bad server (IE fissure of woe) you won't spend the next 2 weeks not being able to play WvW, eventually FoW will end up against 2 other similar servers.

So with regards to WvW like when you push b you get the WvW screen, and it shows you 3 server names, i assumed those 3 were yours, and the 2 you were fighting against. What relevance do those 3 servers have if it's just a pool of players from random servers? How do you get points and buffs etc?

You're correct, you fight for your server against the 2 others, there was a server issue were people were getting mixed up but apart from that, you wont play WvW with anyone not from your server.

no he diddnt. relax, leave wab alone. his a cool lad mate if u ever chat to him in mumble.

It's quite clear that he did. Go back and read. He started throwing his toys out of the pram because Arknor mentioned his guild. Oh, boo hoo. I can't say I'm surprised the two of you get on. ;)

are u level 80 already? how do u know there is no end game content?

and even if there is not, so what? 9/10 games u play dont have any end game content after u completed ever side mission/main mission etc.

Can u please explain to me why end game content is soo important in a MMO please?

Did WOW have lots of end game content at launch?

I'm not sure if you're serious? Why is endgame content important? Because when people complete the fairly short leveling process (sadly, it doesn't seem very long unless you're a very casual player), they don't have much to do. Then they all go back to playing WoW, that's usually how these things go.

Okay, they can return at any time to Guild Wars - great - but once people start to leave it's extremely hard to get them interested again.

How the f did I start this he yet again had a little backward pop at us or are you really tat stupid you can't see it, like I said all your comments are one sidded

Unfortunately, you did. Nobody said anything bad about your guild and you started having a fit about it. Why? Why is it so important. You've already managed to convince the majority of the people who want a guild to join your guild, stop getting upset about it.

You hardly give a good impression of yourself, getting into arguments every other page, throwing veiled insults around. You strike me as a very petulant person. Certainly the last sort of person I'd ever want in charge of a guild I was in. Something for you to think about.

People might wonder why I take issue with this? Because you had what, 60-70 posts deleted in the Star Wars thread over the exact same sort of thing. It's childish and bizarre.

I think his point is, that you paid a flat £40 for this game, you're not paying any kind of sub for it and there's already plenty of content in the game for you.

If you compare it to say CoD, people pay the same money for a 10 hour story line and multiplayer. This is offering many times that amount of content for the same fee.

Started off on Saturday, got an ele to level 7 but wasn't really working for me so I started anew as a ranger.

Human Ranger, ginger afro and handlebar mustache by the name of Bobby Dazzler :D

Got up to level 22 now. I maxed out Divinity's Reach, Queensdale and Kessex Hills at level 20 (Huntsman and Leatherworker at level 25). Went to Gendarran Fields and everything was level 29 so I've been bouncing around trying to find dynamic missions back in Kessex to boost my level a bit.

Will have to try out one of the other starter zones for some easy experience.

Go east from kessex hills, another 15-25 area, ive finished that one too. now level 29 and ready for gendaran fields

I'm not a kid and have lots of experience with GM's and Officers, and I agree with that impression tbh. In this thread you are coming across as being very defensive and a bit holier-than-thou with your guild's 'status' on Desolation (which is nothing more than a recruit-all zerg guild, no?)

Broken record mode again? several people so far have now broken down the cyclical nature of how you troll for a rise out of someone, get the rise out of someone, play the victim to it, get all dismissive, declare you won't be part of the arguing anymore then go immediately back to trolling for a rise out someone... you're either captain of the **** stirring club or you have some serious emotional problems.

I'd be seriously embarrassed if I had to call you my guild leader.
