++Guitar Hero World Tour unoffical thread++

Got to admit I am really sick of R.E.M, think rock band downloadable content is way better too. Will be buying GH:WT and the guitar pack but I reken I will only spend money on rock band 2 for downloadable content.
 
tbh i think that the DLC isnt that bad. It still a new realm for guitar hero with regards to the rest of the band stuff.

I personally cant wait. I've booked the 7th off to have a whole day to thrash through it on medium to unlock all the songs then weekend have house party.

Beer + guitar hero = f.t.w :D

I swear if it slips from the 7th release date i wont be happy :(
In the end i cancelled my band in a box pre-order. Im just gunna go into the city to get the game on the day. I can always get the drums at a later date if i really want them. My RB drums still work fine so i can always use them in the mean time :D
 
The DLC is terrible, there's not one track there I'd want to play.

I'm not going to knock them for releasing DLC as it's about time they lived up to earlier promises but what they've released so far is crap apart from Death Magnetic.

Obviously everyone has different tasste in music but bleh, I'm not impressed with the DLC or the actual track listing of the game.

Cant wait. I always get excited when a new guitar games comes out ;) I was so hyped when rock band came out on the xbox is was unreal. I was up and out the house i had to sit outside hmv and wait for the shop to open lol (sad i know but meh)

Its a shame they didnt do a demo for this like they did for Guitar Hero 3
 
Screw waiting for UK release, I got mine from a Canadian game store :) Just using my GH3 guitar and RB drums/mic with it though. I'm not buying another set of drums.
 
The new guitar feels much nicer to use.

4 player seems good fun too, although bass takes some getting used to when you have a strum bar (strum with no buttons pressed)
 
That's weird, £150 has been taken from my account but I haven't had any dispatch notices like you guys have. It also says my free bass guitar will be dispatched separately which sucks

EDIT: Just got my dispatch note - its coming via royal mail special delivery?! Surely that means it'll be here within the next couple of days?
