I honestly can't stand this game, something just doesn' feel 'right' about it. The whole touchpad lower on the fret is a complete waste of time too, you have to practice the song to know when those parts are coming.

Also, forcing you to play two songs in a row, very silly idea, i could do the first song pretty easy in one instance but was unable to do the second so have redone the first song like 4 times now.

Can't do drums on expert to save my life, the extra bass pedal notes throw me right off. Finished it on hard though and expert on guitar

Loving World Tour, mostly playing with my gf's brother and his mate singing, but REALLY want to get the drums so my gf can do bass

Its got some good tracks

At the drive in - one armed scissor
Korn - Freak on a leash
The ozzy tracks are fun too

I suck at guitar but have never really played a GH game before this and the drums infuriate me at times. I find getting the foot pedal in the right place very awkred and quite often miss it as I cant press it down well enough.

World Tour Generi-caster and.....

Guitar Hero 3 Les Paul.

How the hell do I get them to work together in World Tour? They both work separate no problem. The first guitar syncs no problem but when I try and sync the second one, the lights just flash and then eventually go out.

I know this may sound noobish but I need to ask.

Are you pressing the sync buttons on the console AND on the controllers?

EDIT: If you are then I guess it could be a game error. I will try it later myself. As I own all 3 controllers. So will try the explorer and the crappy les paul.

Hmmm not sure. I should have put in my original post that It's for the PS3. I have a dongle thing that I plug in to one of the USB port's on the front of the PS3.

I assume you're using two dongles? The dongles only support one connection at a time and thus each guitar needs to be synced to its own dongle.

I have exactly the same setup and use them in GH3, GH:WT and rock band so it certainly works. I plug the GH3 Les Paul dongle into the USB port on the WT generi caster in order to keep them together when i unplug them

Ahh, this is my problem then, I have only one dongle.

IIRC you can buy dongles from the red octane website, i couldn't tell you a price though.

Just had a look on octanes website, you get them for $20 dollars. This doesn't include shipping, so I might end up buying another generi castor for £24 and sell the les paul.

just had some awsome service from activision.

my guitar strummer started acting funny on sunday, was strumming when i wasnt actually strumming. got on the activision site and requested a new guitar and it came today.

very pleased as i thought it would be weeks before i heard anything.

they havent even asked for the old one.
