Guys Weight

6'2" - 18st - Built like a rugby player :)

Eat well (and no cakes/sweets/chocolate/crisps), only drink water or fresh juice (unless i'm out for a beer), go to the gym.

Lowest weight I went down to was 15st. I'm happy with my current weight.

I'm 5'8.5", in my teens I were a stone underweight at just 9 stone, then I piled on some extra weight in my early 20s to what my minimum weight should have been - 10 stone, and right now I'm 11 stone due to too much cake with a big belly :(

I need to lose 10 Kg ....

Hey Guys,

How many people here weight in at under 10stone?

Im 5 foot 6/7 and weigh in at 135lbs and think im quite skinny but happy lol, just wondering how many other people are like this?

Cheers!!

My, that is skinny

But if your healthy then meh :)

I'm just over 6ft I believe, say 6ft 1/2 I guess? And weight over 12 Stone, but i'm not fat at all.

Weight gain 3000?

Beefcake!

6"3 here and tipping the scales at just over 13 stone. Quite happy with it just now, but looking to gain a little more, I think getting 13.5/14 stone would be an ideal target for me.

As long as you're happy and in good health then there shouldn't be any problems. I've got a mate who's the same height but is built like a tank and weighing around 19-20st. Then again at the other end of the scale, another mate, slightly shorter than me but weighs around 9.5/10st. Both are happy with their size and weight.

Well the BMI charts put me dead in the middle at 21 :P but i dunno if they are a good measurement or not lol proberly to generalized to be accurate.

There good enough for a general idea if you not into weight training or heavily athletic, as soon as you have more than the average amount of muscle they become crap

lol indeed....I put myself on the ladys Wii Fit and suddenly my character had a massive belly =/

5'10", 11St5lb at the doctors' last week. I was around 9 1/2 stone for ages but then put on a bit of beer weight. Climbing and cycling over the last couple of years has cut the fat and given me a nice bit of muscle without getting huge.

5.9 feet (1.8m) here and 169 pounds/12st 1.8lb (77kg). I HAVE PUT ON WIGHT LATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need to loose 6-7 pounds now :( :( :( :(

Hard work in front of me but I've already started running and a bit of diet :)

I feel a bit fat tbh, I am 29 years old and it looks that getting fatter is simpler and quicker that ever before.

EDIT: I hate Imperial units

6 foot 3 and 20 + stone atm. Lightest I been in recent years was 18 and that was when I was doing all my MMA training but due to injury I been out the last year and put on a lot of weight.

around a year ago i was just shy of 6ft and weighed only 8st 13pds! but since ive had a proper gym program and am eating non stop i now weigh 10st 5 :)

Interesting that a few other people are my weight as well lol, kept getting told it so much though i might be an unhealthy weight haha.

its a computer enthusiast forum, theres inevitably some stick thin geeks with barely any muscles here, they could be the ones who are as light as you.
Your weight doesnt really matter, can you lift heavy things, do you have decent stamina? How far can you run/swim?

Yer i think i can lift quite heavy things. I am always active i cycle intensely for 1 hour everyday, and running rise i have done 6-7miles without much issue or breaking to much of a sweat.
