Guys Weight

Lol hmmm good point :).

Yer i think i can lift quite heavy things. I am always active i cycle intensely for 1 hour everyday, and running rise i have done 6-7miles without much issue or breaking to much of a sweat.

All fairly insignificant in my opinion. How long can you go for in the sack? That's the only endurance test you'll ever need.

It's unpopular on these forums but is accurate for a majority of people. Your stats on the BMI calculator give you a healthy 21.1:

If you don't have fitness or other health issues and arn't worried about your weight for any other reason then you are fine as you are :)

Used to be called lanky, but never been called anorexic.

I'm 5'10 and weighed 9.5 stone most of my life. I filled out a bit in my late 20's and have settled at about 10.25 to 10.5 depending on how much I've eaten lol

I'm just under 5'7" and weigh 12stone 10lbs. I should be somewhere between 12 and 12 and a half stone. Haven't done much exercise in the last 3 months. :(

It doesnt take into account athletes so its not really very good, it gives the lazy an excuse to think that they are healthy.

A hairs width under 6ft and about 10 and a half stone last time I checked, probably a bit less now.

Not exactly a super healthy eater but definitely not unhealthy. Not a great one for snacks and so on but I like my food and have bigger dinners/bigger appetite than most people I know.

A shade over 10 stone at 6 foot plus a little, want to put on weight but still not found something that works.
