How do you calculate body fat?
I'm sure a way to do it is height by waist size... Not sure though.

It's unpopular because it's a load of tosh. It's accurate for no one. It's unpopular on these forums but is accurate for a majority of people.

6ft 6 95kg roughly 15 & a half stone![]()
Exactly, I am quite thin but eat crap and do no exercise. I am probably perfect BMI but very unfit.
5ft 10, 11.5 stone, used to weigh in at between 13-14 stone, but since I started doing massive amounts of miles on the bike I lost it all in a couple of months. I still could do with loosing about half a stone, I've still got fat on my chest (moobs :\) and stomach that no matter how hard I try I can't shift, despite doing crap loads of cardio which cycling is. My legs are all muscle, my arms are just normal, but then stomach/chest of a tubby person.
6'2" - 18st - Built like a rugby player
Eat well (and no cakes/sweets/chocolate/crisps), only drink water or fresh juice (unless i'm out for a beer), go to the gym.
Lowest weight I went down to was 15st. I'm happy with my current weight.
18stone?Is that all muscle?
6,0ish and 15stone 3(gym goer, not fat)

I'm just under 5'7" and weigh 12stone 10lbs. I should be somewhere between 12 and 12 and a half stone. Haven't done much exercise in the last 3 months.![]()
