Guys Weight

Height = 6' 2"

For a long time (say age 16 to 21) I was around 13.5 to 14.5 stone, which very little body fat (swimmer / rower).

Then from around age 22 to 25 I went up to 18st 6, mainly due to lack of exercise and too much boozing. This got too much for me, so I had a (very) hard push for 3 months to get down to 14st 10. I was aiming for another half stone or so to get fully trim, before bulking up on the weights. Unfortunately I came off my bike and broke my wrist :(

Anyway, since then I managed to creep back up to 19st, and I'm currently on another hard push to drop weight (2hrs cardio 6 days per week, and around 2000 cals). Down to 17st 6 now. Long way to go!

I almost feel embarrassed by this now, but what the heck... I'm 5'6" and weigh a measly 8 stone. Although for my own consolation, it is absolutely impossible for me to put on weight, no matter what or how much I eat (and I eat a lot).

5'11" 19 stone, Gym goer, but still a bit fat, supposed to be doing a cardio routine over the next few months, been going for about 4 months, put on a fair bit of muscle and lost fat but still stayed around 19 stone mark.

Been there, mabye about 8st6lbs, though at 5'9". I too thought I couldn't gain any weight, but it's simply not true, for anyone I'd say. It was only really when I went to uni and had full control over my diet that I could make a significant impact, ensuring I got the reccomended amount of calories per day, which turned out to be a lot more than I was having at home.

Now I know a bit more I'll be set for when I return to uni in September to gain those few extra pounds and put me at what I consider my ideal size (150lbs) and without any belly or other excess fat (used a bit too much of pastry items at uni to push the intake up)! I'll be doing calisthenics to put the weight on more where it's wanted :)

6"2 - 91kgs (around 14 stone 3lbs?)

Definately not a freefaller, but densely packed nonetheless (I can jump higher than him :p)

Ant

I'm 5'9" (or 10" can't remember) and weigh nearly 14st. I know that I'm overweight but I'm not really fat, even when I didn't have the belly I was about 13st and fairly slim. Probably genuinely do have big bones lol.

I'm 5'8 and weigh 8 and 1/2 stone. I run about three times a week and work on a produce department in a supermarket lifting heavy things all the time. I eat lots, but need to eat moar!
Breakfast is two bowls of cereal, coffee and a protein shake.
Break 1 2sasuages in a roll, coffee.
Lunch a couple of sandwhiches, some fruit, another protein shake or a proper cooked lunch.
Break 2 more sandwhiches, coffee and a mars bar.
Dinner mostly cooked form scratch, tonight pasta with prawns, spinach, tomatoes and pesto
I'll usually have a smaller dinner later on because I've got hungry again :D

I've never gone over 9 stone in my life.

6 ft 3 17 stone 11

Need to lose some weight, walking a couple of miles a day to work it off.

I'm not sure how tall I am - but I am pretty short :p I also haven't been over 10 stone. I'm lucky enough to be able to eat as much as I like without putting on weight :)
