Guys Weight

Exactly, I am quite thin but eat crap and do no exercise. I am probably perfect BMI but very unfit.

Well, BMI isn't a measure of fitness is it?

If it were such an unreliable measure why would it have found such widespread by healthcare professionals? It does exactly what it's meant to, for the vast majority of the population it can be used to work out if their weight falls into a healthy area. Having either a high or a low BMI is a risk factor in numerous conditions which is why there's an optimal range.

It does have its limitations with athletes and body builders but it's my no means as useless as this forum would suggest.

Well the thread makes me feel better anyways :P. Ive just lost 10 stone from 19.5stone to 9.5 stone ish so i feel easier other people are this small as well hehe.

Having always used metric, I don't know my weight in stones, but it's usually 62-65kg (which I think is around 10 stone). Tis fine for me being 5' 5" (or 1.65m)

Well i went from 19.5 - 10.5 in like hmm 8 months then just have had a year of floating slowly down to what i am now lol, maintaining is harder than losing :s lol

I used to weigh around 10 stone and that's what I'd go down to if I ate 'normally'. I kinda take notice of what I eat and try to eat around 6 meals a day.

I'm 6ft2 and weigh just over 12 stone. Wouldn't mind getting to 13 stone+ though :D
