Guys Weight

We seem to have had a lot of these sort of threads recently... Or at least it has turned into a thread we've had recently!

Sorry! i did try searching but couldn't find something about small weights lol.

I was mainly curious as after losing 10 stone and now all i get is "your anorexic" from everyone and was just curious if i am the exception or others are around like me :).

No no it's not a problem, I'm just sure we had a "how much do you weigh" thread recently - it's not a problem. :)

10st does seem a little on the light side but at your height I wouldn't say it's excessive.

6'1 and weigh 9-9.5 stone. Been told by a doctor I'm perfectly healthly though :)

I've also been told by a doctor that I should be 10 stone "like I am" (the doctor said).

Despite the fact that said doctor is in his 60s, quite frail looking, a good 6" shorter than me and has a shoulder width around 60% of mine.

My wrists are probably the size of this guy's biceps .

5 foot 6 and weigh 8 1/2 stone, cannot put weight on at all i eat like a horse but exercise a lot too. Really wanted to gain a bit but given up now im skinny and thats that lol

Just simple exercise won't allow you to put weight on, you've got to actively do muscle/mass building training to put weight on.

The exercise you do, I'm gonna guess is cardio based? In which case is wrong for putting weight on anyway, you lose weight doing cardio (fat and a bit of muscle).

If you eat a lot, you could be eating the wrong foods or junk food.

Thin people can be just as unhealthy as overweight people, something some people have a hard time understanding.

I eat healthy and my exercise is 90% running and cycling do a lot of fun runs and sportifs, your right though i could eat a lot more protein and do weigh training.

This is me at the ToughGuy 2010 in January im the one in the middle, i constantly get people saying im to thin but i think im right for my height. It was probably the most painful thing ive ever done dont recommend it :D

You do look thin to me, your friend's arms look thicker than your neck and your chest looks like it dips in! :p

It's not "that" hard to put weight on if you do it in the right way.save

5"11 about 16 1/2 Stone. A lot of it is fat but there is a decent bit of muscle in the legs and shoulders.

I went from 8.2 stone, 5"4 at the of 13 to 16 stone, 5"7 at 15.
