Awesome :)

I'd like to do it more often, but when you do it too often, people start not going as it doesn't become such an event anymore, but 6 months is about right :)
 
I'd be happy with 7 to be honest, would have been nice to have more but at least this way, we won't be glared at by too many people being seen as an annoyance

Plus, this way, there's fewer people to witness mine and Freefallers love making session in the power rack
 
I don't know what I'm going to be doing on Saturday, training with Rob all this week so may do Legs with Freefaller, see if he can help me get my strength up on my squats
 
Delvis, I'm willing to put money on your absence on Saturday :(

Everyone of your posts seems to contain phrases that avoid you committing to go :p

Can someone do me a massive favour.

Can one of you, just one though, don't want to annoy them :p, phone the gym up and double check it's all ok still for Saturday, group of 10, I won't have a chance to do it tomorrow until late evening and out all night tonight
