Nope, firefox wont recognise what program it needs to open, no idea how to associate that with steam.exe.

And I.E. comes up with the same "The page cannot be displayed" error that I get in Steam. I've gone into the connection settings in IE and checked automatically detect settings aswell...no luck :/

I really dont fancy reinstalling windows...

Start - Run

C:\Program Files\valve\steam\steam.exe steam://purchase/380

Substitute C:\Program Files\valve\steam to where ever you have steam installed

Episode 1 is steam://purchase/79

Thanks, I ended up just completely wiping steam off, restarting, and redownloading/installing steam and its all working now. Should have tried that before wasting peoples time here, in hindsight. Thanks anyway guys, much appreciated.

OR if that doesn't work "Start > Run > " Paste it in that box and hit [OK]

Yeah. After I reinstalled it, the firefox associations were also fixed. So tTz, reinstall!

Me too. I was going to leave it for a while, but I thought what the buggery. I'm going to get it anyway so may as well have the 10% off. Think it works out around £11.26 according to current conversion rates.

I think webpage based countdowns still rely on your computers clock. Check if you have the right month on your desktop calender
