HALO 3 Official Thread

I use sense 5... allot of the MLG pros use between 3-5....When playing against better players it mainly comes down to who has the best br.....i some times think about dropping my sensitivity to make my br more stable but i just stick with it :P

Just a game mode that the zombies move really fast and are in the water, humans have shotguns.

I managed a hell's janitor on it the other day playing with mates.
 
I use mine on about 4 to make sniping more accurate, but as a result beatdowns now suffer since I find myself having to fight against the auto-aim with the turn speed being so slow.

I could have sworn yours was on like 9 or something.

Depending on what time I get home and how I'm feeling when I get home tonight. I might be up for a few games of halo say from 8ish (halo'clock) onwards... I had a handful of games over the weekend and am in considerable need of practice. cant shoot, can beat down can't think stratigically, cant rely on my team mates... oh wait, that's business as usual.

between 7-9 was in halo 2, its useless to have it so high now with the beatdowns being so damn random and with no more bullet magnetism.

I just watched two of your vids, the killotrocity one is pretty cool, but that no scope with the sniper whilst the other guy is going up the lift is awesome :D Although he did have no shield :P

Aye same here. My 360 went rambo on my Halo disk when it started up and tried to snap it, 5 days after my warrenty ended :(

Still free returns on Halo disks though :D

Were they? I still play them both to this day :) The Halo 2 multiplayer on pc is nothing compared to xbox live but the Halo 1 multiplayer on PC is a lot better than if you're playing system link on the xbox imo.

They were the same games with sharper visuals.

As for the controls I don't know why people say it doesn't work well with a mouse and keyboard, it feels fine.

Not that I play them, much better games than Halo 1/2 to be played. :p
 
When going for the score achievements, what is the best way to play?

With a mate behind you so when you die you respawn? Or are you better off alone?

Alone.

You can only get the achievements in every man for themselves (or what ever the option that's not team scoring and not no scoring)

I played it in heroic, with field upgrade, extra grenades and low ammo skulls on, it was a doddle. (first & last levels are probably the hardest to get the achievements on due to lack of enemies)
