but it does seem he’s refocussed and in 2012, I think he’s has taken a giant leap forward in terms of maturity in his racecar and at work in general. He’s pragmatic about results, regained respect inside the team where it may have been lost and the experiences since that first season have all formed the Lewis Hamilton we see today.
so seeing as you take his word as gospel you obviously agree with my last post seeing as its basically saying the same as mark priestly.

2012 we have no idea how he is acting inside the team.
somehow i think an ex mclaren employee is more likely to know whats going on within the team with regards to lewis than some guy on a forum.
Anyway my entire point was based around how hamilton has behaved within the public eye this season, not about how he has behaved within the team behind closed doors because like you say none of us have a clue.
I agree, which is why his article says seems, as in from the outside, yet you the guy on the forum take it as something else. So all we can really take from it is the stuff he experienced first hand when working at McLaren and that was Lewis turning into a ego.

Public eye is one thing, how he acts within the team is another.
