AFAIK there was only one GT engine which produced 150bhp from start to finish.
However there was a 2.0 engine that produced 138bhp that was put in the lesser trim levels (SE, GX etc), maybe it's this one you have?
Of course, we are speaking in the context of someone who has done an engine swap.
I'm of the opinion that 140bhp from a 2.0L N/A engine is pathetic, yes. Even more so when someone CHOSE that engine to drop into their car. Why go to the bother for something as uninspiring as that? I'm guessing you have a similar engine in whatever you drive, given your immediate defence mode reply![]()

Be traded in for £2000 off the list price of a Hyundai i20?
Whats the difference between a plonker in a painted 1.6 Astra and a guy in a 'rat look' almera who races Astras in town?

I dont think anyone in this thread bought a new car.

You asked for opinions. You cant then have a paddy when you get them.

Let me spell it out for you.
Is the roof rack part of your ridiculous attempt at styling?
I thought they were removable for when not in use?
[TW]Fox;14915121 said:Because I quite clearly asked you what it was for, I'm not stupid, I know what a roof rack is used for, it was obvious i was asking why its left on the car.
Well obvious to most, perhaps not to you it seems
So, lets try again.
Why do you leave the roof rack on the car, is it part of the styling?
Not my cup of tea but i can appreciate the amount of work you've put into it.
Do you get pulled over by the Police often in a car looking like that btw ?
