Im using a, K2 Mount Doom cooler
Going for 2hrs now and max temp on all cores has crept up to 64c, still anything below 80c and im happy with. I might even be able to drop the volts even lower, probably 4.6Ghz would be what id look out for a 24/7 OC
To be fair this is a very dirt OC atm, the only options i changed in the bios from stock was:
'CPU Base Clock' to 101
'CPU Clock Ratio' to 45
'Internal Graphics' to Disabled
'C1E', 'C3', 'C6/C7', 'CPU Thermal Monitor' & 'CPU EIST' all to Disabled
'Extreme Memory Profile' to Profile 1
'Memory Freq' to 1600mhz
'Profile DDR Voltage' to 1.50v
'DRAM Timing Selectable' to Quick
'Channel Standard Timing Control' to 8,8,8,24
'CPU Vcore' to 1.280v
'Legacy BenchMark Enhancement' to Disabled
But a lot of stuff is left as Auto like 'PCH Core', 'PCH IO' and other stuff grey out so i cant change it like 'CPU Vcore Offset'. Is there any settings i should be looking at change from auto and input a manual setting?
Have noticed that 'Uncore Freq' is at 4Ghz should i leave this or change it to 4.5ghz to match CPU Clock Ratio?, also under this option there is 'Turbo Ratio' options for all the 4 cores which at default are on auto but have a value of 38, 38, 37, 39 should i set all this to my desired OC speed...in this case 45??
Seems you have been lucky in the silicon lottery - many will struggle to get near this more than likely.

It's "mostly" stable at 4.3Ghz, 1.35v, i.e. for everyday tasks, but still fails stress tests pretty quickly. 4.2Ghz is the most I can do, and I need over 1.3v just for that.
