I used to munch on those white bone-shaped dog biscuits all the time at college. They're bloody lovely with a mug of hot-chocolate.

I'm surprised so many have tasted dog biscuits (i assumed i was the only one strange enough to do this) - and even more surprised you liked them!

I once tried one, many years ago, and remember it being VERY salty, not something i fancied trying again...

My Dad had to try the entire range of "Chunky" dogfood and "Felix" catfood back when he joined the company he worked for for 35 years. The idea was to show that all the different flavours were really different and to prove how safe it was to eat. He said it was ok - but then this was post austerity Britain and he was brought up in a ration culture where meat was scarce!
