once the initial injection in the nuts pain fades you wont feel anything. mine took about 45 mins, i didnt even need the pain killers after.

I've heard it can lead to mental health problems, with the man feeling like they're less whole and no longer a 'proper man'. It can also manifest in permanent ball ache in some cases. But then if you have kids and a Mrs you probably won't notice that.
