If she's hot - look at her, with a blank/very slightly annoyed expression on your face, stare into her eyes for a few seconds, then turn away. Chat to her later on, probably after 15 minutes or more. Hot girls' love a challenge and an attitude, makes you stand out from the average Joe that will get excited at the prospect of her touching him.

If she's ugly - do whatever the hell you like, she will still go home with you.
