Hay guys new Xbox 360 SKU!!

Read somewhere (Engadget i think) that they think it's gonna be either an ultra-cheap Xbox360 for casual gamers, or somehow gonna slot in between Core and Premium.

Also, price cuts are expected afaik.
 
So we're going to have a core, 'ultra cheap', premium, halo 3 and elite versions of the 360? Are Microsoft trying to confuse people into buying a PS3?
 
I personally think it'd be cheaper than a core system. Would make it more appealing to people who are thinking of buying a Wii as they'd be similar if not cheaper in price. Who knows, they'll probably announce it shortly :D
 
I can't think what else it would be though. There's no need to add anything in between the core and premium, and again no reason to add anything between the premium and the elite.

Or perhaps it's a HDMI enabled 360 with a smaller hard drive, or even a normal 360 with a larger hard drive?
 
We don't know yet, hopefully we'll hear something soon. Not sure why they'd release another limited editon, maybe they are going to start offering more colours as standard. Would be nice as people have different hifi units and such (My Nad stuff is grey) and the white 360 does look a bit 'off'.

Look at my earlier post it is indeed a HDMI enables premium, it will be more expensive as it is a limited edition, but it may pave the way for a "new" premium with HDMI. Hopefully the HDMI premium will replace the old one or else it will get confusing with 4 SKU's.
 
Oh you're talking about the Halo one? My bad, i was referring to the 'grey' one. 1 Green plus 1 Grey = 2 limited editions...
