He Man remake is coming in july on netflix

Well that trailer certainly looks like it might satisfy the whingers. Seems like it's all about Adam regaining the power. Then everyone fighting together to beat the bad guys. If only all those haters had waited to see the full show before complaining it was all about Teela.
Well, how wrong can one post be! 1st half was all about teela, 2nd half was ...all about teela. Smith and Netflix should be ashamed at this abomination.

Wasn't part 2 more about Evil Lynn?
She's the main villain instead of skeletor yes, but the hero of the reboot is teela, and the 2nd half cements this.

Adam/He-Man is an after thought, a secondary character written by someone that should have just stuck to ****** weed 'jokes' and shilling for the crap DC TV shows.

It's a modern take giving all the characters something to do in it. After all the show is called Masters of the Universe. So why should it just focus on He-man and Skeletor. Its expanded the world and made it better. It was good seeing He-man on the same side and fight together for a bit. Teela in the original was often central to the stories or was at least around. So giving more time to her mother being the sorceress and filling in some details about what she gave up to protect the power and grayskull isn't a problem for me.

From all the exact same reasons that were stated when the 1st half was released. It's also quite amusing you were stating Adam/He-Man were front and centre based on a trailer ignoring the trailers for the 1st 5 did exactly the same.

The mythology/world had already been expanded with the 2002 reboot and the cgi version which dropped in between Smith's 10 episodes, they also stayed true to the ip.
