NEVER EVER DO THIS!!!! Once chicken has been cooked NEVER cook it again. It must be left to go cold, then put in the fridge and eaten within a day

think he was talking about a raw chicken that had not been cooked.

as in buy it raw. chop it up then cook the bits ;)

Naturally it's not going to be exactly the same, but I would hardly class it as plastic.

most are, some are better than the others. However no low fat cheese is that nice raw. However if it's included in dishes ie melted down. It's perfectly fine and know. It's more the texture than taste. However you need the next maturity up. So if you like medium you would need to get mature low fat.

ok how healthy is a mushroom risotto?? i love risotto's !!!

there not loads of butter and cheese and carbs. with little else in it. But it all depends what your trying to achieve. if it's just healthier eating then things like this are fine now and then. Just add a big side salad for the vit and minerals.

Gah I am seriously poor on the cook + exercise scale. In fact, when I get on the scale, it says in a robotic voice "One at a time please!"

The idea to cook like that works well with fish, but chicken will get stringy. Also - don't quote me on this (admittedly I am very funny about chicken) but that may not be hot enough to kill all the nasties on the chicken. Try it my way and see how you like it.
Alternatively you could marinade it overnight (something like a Nando's sauce is nice if you're in a rush) then heat the oven up to 180 and whack it in for 45mins.

Salad and chips and your sorted :)

Ive just had a quick check and gas mark 5-6 is between 190 and 200c so weve both been saying the same thing pretty much :)

Just had another thought as well which has probably already been mentioned but if you eat a lot of carbs such as pasta bread and rice always use the brown versions which are a much slower releasing type and your less lightly to feel hungry soon after, and cut down on the beer if you like a drink either change to diet pop and mixer or just cut down the amount

Question, is there like an online diary/calories calculator?

"You have not received your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly/lifetime supplement of stuff/vitamin B12/roughage/calcium" etc etc
