HEL Brake Line Kits

Full carbo-look set inc clutch line with stainless fittings ordered

Ordered that Mityvac bleed kit too (thanks Fireskull :))

Not for another few weeks mate, but I'll be fitting them as soon as I have them in my hands.

Yep use them on my race bike so they work great. Better in the fact rubber perishes with age and expands/contracts depending on temp. Get good pads and dot4 and you're set. Over the fender just means the original goes to 1 caliper and then a pipe from that calioer goes over the fender to thw other one. The kit usually includes two lines - 2 from master cylinder and 1 to each front caliper. You will need a double banjo as the original is a single and will not be long enough - make sure you have one in the kit and remember: -

Replace the copper washers. You'll need 2 at every bit so about 12 as they are meant to deform to create a great seal and not designed to be reused. Much like a sump washer.

Yeah I found that out when I had to take it back off lucky i had bought spares.

But how many people do you know that re-use sump washers? just about everyone I know does

if i'm going to do something i don't follow anyones advice as such - i use common sense. it deforms so the next time it's reused it won't seal. simples. ;)

HEL have always been really good when I used them and gave me more than enough copper washers, ive got about 12 unused washers lined up here on my desk :p
