It's a joke Ken, I was implying that one minute 'experts' say something is good for you and the next thing they say it causes heart disease or something.
I was wondering whether these experts were saying raised squats caused bad knees, strained back or whatever since it's been a good 10 years since I was doing them.
hehe no, I'm not getting involved with the leg extension arguments ... actually I will, I was a physio and my mum an Osteopath with over 20 years experience and we recommended leg extensions to certain people to strengthen knees/quads.

hehe, its very true. just like for everyone that says something is ok you will find someone who will say its not.
best thing to do is be mindful of reports and opinions and give things a go for yourself. if it works without a block then fine, if not then add one :]
