Help Decode This Padlock!

Looks like 1952 to me.... I know my dad kills padlocks for a living

Most numbered pad locks can be picked easily, pull the locking bar and keep pressure on it then start turning the dials starting at one end, you will feel the locking bar lift up slightly when you select the correct number, then do the same with the next dial and so on until it opens, if that doesn't work start from the other side.

Yup, just about all the Master brand padlocks can be opened this way.

It looks like the top row is all 9s so 0000?

top row looks *999 to me. So one of 10 combinations ending in 000
