Help! I don't want to get addicted.

Run 4 times, gym 3 times a week a healthy-enough life style for you? :D

I have taken advice from you lot, as you can see from my decision to not go out and buy some more cigarettes.

As for Cigars, I will only have them now and again on special occasions.
 
OK, So before the health risks were known, why did people smoke? Were they idiots or did they just enjoy it?
 
Still haven't had one since the day I started this thread. I'm defending smokers but I'm not addicted myself.
