Good to hear about the power supply RMA. When you get smoke - you have a pretty good case for an RMA.
As for the Corsair Pump, you will need to change the connector. It needs to be plugged into an uncontrolled 3 pin header. Personally, I directly connected it to the PSU via 4-pin molex + a cable like this, this ensures it gets un-interrupted 12v supply. I would suggest putting one of the radiator fans on the CPU_fan header.
Do you have any spare/borrowable power supplies to get your system up and running while you wait for your PSU to be sorted (which can take a few weeks) ?
