Yep it looks like the system is a bit underpowered for running the graphics card under load, and I suspect you will struggle to install a beefier PSU as according to Packard Bell its a micro-ATX case. tbh I would stick the X300 back in it and cut your losses.

I would save your money and buy a new PSU/case and if the motherboard poses trouble when installing get a new one, I think around £100 is suitable budget. (for all three) at least then you could uprade better and easier in the future.

Okay I spoke the guy and I am going to test my Enermax 370W in his system and if it works he can get a new one and maybe a new case. 
My Spec is:
XP Pro SP2 - Fully updated
AOpen AK79D-400VN
Athlon XP 2800+ (2.09GHz iirc)
1024MB PC3200
Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
Crappy 400W PSU (Worked fine before format though which is the odd thing)
Crashes in WoW and Warcraft 3, No problems *so far* in Dawn of War.

... and Auron do you experiance crashing in games?
Crashes in WoW and Warcraft 3, Dawn of War is fine.. very odd.
When i say "crash" sometimes the screen just freezes and I have to hard reset. other times the screen goes off, as does the rest of the PC, power light stays on PC and I have to hold button in for it to go off before I can turn it on again.

Have you formatted, might be a Windows problem.
It might be your PSU, you're better waiting and seeing what happens with David 334's.
Try this also, MIGHT work. It'll tell you who made your PSU.

Just goes to show companies build there computers as cheap as they can get away with they don't really care about what's going inside (upgrade wise), they just care about the size of your wallet.
