Hiya all am getting no signal l, all I did was put a USB stick in the 3.0 port then all of a sudden am getting no signal error any ideas. I've checked the on board gfx and getting the same. Iv3 unplugged the card and tested onboard but getting same error. Also tested on another monitor

Can you boot in safe mode?

Shine a torch/your phone in the USB port
Look for bent/touching pins
If it's front USB ports disconnect them
From the motherboard and see if it works

Yes it's the front USB any idea how I disconnect them

Look in the motherboard manual for
Position of the USB header
If you don't have a manual then remove
The side panels and trace the wire from
The USB ports to motherboard

I've found a video I've done that but still the same and yes the chip pins are bent

Does your motherboard have more than
1 USB header?
You can use cpuz software to get the make and model if you don't know what board it is

Sorry that was dumb of me
Most times there will be 2 or even 3 usb
Connectors, some will be usb 2 some
USB 3
If in doubt remove all the USB connectors
And see if it boots

Obviously it looks like you shorted something
Try taking cmos/bios battery out for 10 minutes

You will probably have a OCUK Profile saved in bios.

What is the spec of your PC including PSU?

Couldn't say what psu, I got a overvlocked bundled cpu was i7 6700 @4.5. 16gig ran ddr4 gfx 1060 6gb. I've had to take the pc to a local shop. When it comes back how would I check if I have a save in bios

The bios will have a profile section
Where you can save or load profiles
But be prepared that your profile may be
Lost
Depends on what they have to do to fix it
