Heroes of the Storm

Decided to take the plunge and bought Valla for 2000 gold!

Really enjoying playing as her, although she seems to be wearing paper armour because she gets destroyed easily! As long as I make sure I position my self correctly I do ok, managed 23-1 in my last game.

Valla is great, superb investment for only 2k gold. Big damage, and a useful escape tool (vault) if you get caught out of position.
 
OK so needing 10+ heroes for HL i went on a bit of a spend with my gold.

Bought Brightwing for 10k + Malfurion for 2k + Valla for 2k. Then £3 for Jaina!
 
If you dont own a hero but buy a premium skin for it, do you get the hero with it? Seems a bit odd to let you buy skins for a hero you don't have. I havent tried because I'm hesitant to spend the money.
 
Not even sure it will let you but please, don't bother risking it because unless it says it includes the hero (like in a bundle) it will not.
 
I've not really played much the last week apart from versus ai for dailies.

Zagara is great and lane pushing and early game she is very strong with the hydralisk.

Also the creep is superb for vision but not many people use it often enough.

That said I have her at level 10 but don't ever feel the need to go back to her
 
Yeah i kind of went in on a blind game and regretted it.

I will read up on her abilities properly later on to see what i think and maybe give her another shot.
 
The biggest thing with this game is playing solo is half the game. There are plenty of combos to do with heroes which is almost impossible on solo.

Tryande isn't that easy to play but she's good, her owl is great for vision and has great synergy with Diablo. Her stun, his charge and ability to flip the enemy towards your team. Her 20% extra damage skill is great.

Diablo also works well with zagara, zeratul because they can lock enemies in place and he can follow up with apocalypse.

I don't mind losing when playing as a team, solo can be just a headache though
 
Yeah your right there Dave - Solo QM is NOT where this game is fun.

QM with a bunch of mates is though!

We should really get an ocuk night sorted! I have a TS we can use.
 
Enjoying Zagara being free. There's something incredibly satisfying with shotgunning people in the face with her Banelings.

Just waiting for Kael'thas to drop to 10k Gold and then going to give him a spin.
