I went to see Immortal Technique in Birmingham Saturday night! :D

What can I say? Absolutely fantastic, incredible energy and passion. Amazing.

Wish I was lucky enough to be able to see him perform more often.
 
A few months ago, who did I see getting a retweet on Twitter from DJ Premier but none other than the creator of this thread, El Razur. I asked him if he was the ex-OCUKer and he confirmed indeed it was.
 

Fliptrix goes in HARD yet again.

Releasing ANOTHER album this year. 12.12.12. Also, Ed Scissortongue on the 26th of this month. High focus are just plain awesome.

I went and saw him in Manchester on the 28th, was absolutely awesome.

And then I got to meet him and get his autograph afterwards! :D

Edit:

Forgot to mention going to see Akala in Manchester on the 29th of this month too, two of my favourite hip-hop artists in the space of a month. Doesn't get much better than that!

Could be my album of the year. Albums growing on me fast. Very complex.

The track Coma with the rest of the Contact Play crew is my favourite track so far.
