Hmmm. What to replace the RS with?

Oh god, look at the colour of the inside!!! Nooooooooooooooooooo

Seen it in the flesh and its actually nice, for some reason on those pics it looks bright red, yet in real life its a dark dull red, but black is more to my taste. :)

As already mentioned the Nissan 350Z would be one of my second choices. :)

350z is a great drivers car definately but everyone I know who has had one has got rid of recently - said they were really thirsty to use everyday.

I actually like the Nismo version which is probably more in requirement to the OP's request - something a little "different"..

Like this;

But having a look through £15k doesnt get you much in the way of a zee..

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/106113.htm - Something a little different but would still turn heads - dont be put off by an older porkie - specialists are not that expensive to service them and the parts are easy to get!

or

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/108830.htm - 400BHP and we all know how good these cars are! Fantastic performance, a little understated, and will go on for miles if looked after properly

or finally

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/117113.htm - Im still going to say this would fit the OP's wants. And this is a bargin!

Alfa 156 GTA. Get a pretty recent one with warranty for this money as depreciation hits hard in the first 3 years. Lovely alfa 3.2 V6, 250hp, most of reliability trouble sorted now, especially this engine which has been around for years.

Subaru Legacy Spec B/R, also nice and individual with horrendous depreciation. 240hp, 3.0l.

Hmm.

I'm gonna agree with PMKeates. A BMW 330 Coupe sounds like it fits the bill.

Or if you want something a little more 'individual', how abouts an Alfa GT

A Vauxhall Monaro (not sure £) - or should I get my coat as well :D
Either this or the mustang would get my vote, these are the only things that have been bought up that would make me go "wow" if I saw one.

I really like the Clubsports. They're certainly much rarer than a normal 330Ci, have those lovely split rims and a slightly "BTCC" but very cool spoiler.

In fact I want one now :p

Like the look of this, what does Spec B/R mean?

330Ci Clubsport?

This and other 3 series leave me feeling a bit cold to be honest, don't know why.

Impreza's and Evos are as common as muck around here, it seems that every 18 year old is ragging one around. I do like the idea of the Nissan 350Z however, anyone actually own one/driven one?

Gibbo - The mustangs are actually a little more than I'd like to pay to be honest, similar to the Monaros.

MKII ZT190?

You wouldn't have to pay anything near £15k to get a relatively new one with hardly any miles. Get 40mpg+ on the motorways that you drive a lot and the ride is comfortable. Good performance and roadholding when you need it too. It's a big cruiser which has plenty of poke. Not that many on the road.

Nice detail pics of a MKI version here

And you dont fancy an Alfa? :p

Test drove one of the first 350z to arrive into middlehursts. Absolutely lovely car handles superbly and is definately a lot of car for the money.

If the only thing I can say bad about the car was the hadbrake position I would definately buy one.

Rilots right about the boot space though not a lot of room at all.

He said its a fair size if you put small to medium things into it.

The 350Z actually has quite a sizeable boot, as long as your luggage consists of lots of mid-sized items rather than a couple of big one. The strut brace is a little intrusive.

It's a funny size and there is that brace thing in the way. Did not put me off it but it would not be opracticle for me.
