Horizon: Zero Dawn [PS4]

I'd certainly do so.

Those are quality games there, especially DG however to miss out on HZD2 is like missing out on Mass Effect 2 and subsequently 3 after learning of the reaper threat in 1.

Anyone playing the remaster on PS5?

Looks great, but the audio mix for me is garbage. Like there's no midrange or low end, really tinny and thin.

Don't have this problem with any other games....

Been working through my PS4 & PS5 library recently - Horizon Zero Dawn has been my go-to, along with Star Wars Outlaws, Dying Light 2 & Ghosts of Tsushima.

I love the whole Horizon environment - always been the stealth/snipe type of player as I just don't have the dexterity/reflexes for a mêlée, so a couple of the forced close encounters have been challenging. Being able to adjust the difficulty down has really helped.

I've been laid up in bed since mid-December (degenerative spinal condition: yesterday's MRI has shown I now need L1 - T10 discs removing & vertebrae replacing. This will be my 12th spinal surgery in 18 years :(), so streaming the lounge PS5 to our bedroom TV over ethernet has been great at keeping my boredom levels down.

There's a glaring difference between 1080p/60hz vs 2160p/120hz, but mainly in the PS5 titles. The PS4 games don't lose too much resolution when streamed.

do saves carry over from original to remastered?

It’s one of my all time favourite games and NG+ on ps5 and oled would be great
