Horizon Zero Dawn

One of the most epic games I've ever played. I'd love to double-dip but I just don't have that sort of time anymore. Really glad PC gamers will have an opportunity to experience how awesome this is! :D

The release date is 7th August, it's updated on steam too. Here's a PC features trailer. I'm please to see it will have a FOV setting as well as unlocked fps and graphical enhancements.

Solid game and aesthetically really pleasing to look at. Can't wait to give it a go at 60fps with all those little graphical improvements.

Wish God of War could've been ported as well. Would've felt great at 60fps.

Huzzah! Fighting a Stormbird might actually be fun now we're freed from 30fps! £32.99 is taking the pee a bit though considering it's £9.99 on PSN from time to time. Would have preferred £24.99 tops.

Got to be the start, surely? If this sells well then I expect God of War might follow when its sequel is announced for PS5. :p

Promising performance numbers as well. 1080p 60fps for an rx 580 at medium settings, not bad. My only wish is that they would've had some LOD modifiers also but I can live without it.

Ah, the exact opposite reaction I had when I saw the price. I know its been available on the PS4 for some time and is pretty cheap there, but I still thought it was a reasonable price for a new PC release, I was happy with that. Looks like they may have done a decent port as well, as somebody without a console I'm looking forward to it.

Well, absolutely, especially as it was totally unexpected so hopefully I'll wake up tomorrow to see all PS exclusives are coming to PC:p

For now I'm happy to experience the game without the "cinematic" 30fps limit:D

I suppose when you consider Death Stranding at £54.99, this is a bit of a bargain!

The visuals Guerrilla managed to squeeze out of the PS4 is quite astonishing really, 30fps or not.

The art direction was, and still is, off the charts.

I see the price has gone up £3 though as wasn't it originally £29.95 according to the AMD voucher?

I don't mind paying full price if it means we get more ports in the future ( and Forbidden West in 3-4 years time... )

£33 for a 20-40hour game of this quality isn't exactly bad value.
