you cant trust the meat and dairy industries with anything, they will pump your food full of cheap rubbish to turn a profit. Its no coincidence that with massive cheap food production and more mechanically produced food obesity is on the rise

Sorry it was badly phrased, whilst horse is safe it was meant in a more broader context. They are selling a product stated as beef and yet its claimed that it is almost certainly 60%, if not 100% horse meat. It it safe to trust anything that's stated on the packet of a ready meal. In addition the FSA have said to not consume it.
