Hot Cross Buns

When you buy them from the supermarket, why on earth do they always come in half a dozen packs? Granted, many supermarkets do the buy one pack get one free of buy one for 80p or two for £1, but 6 does not evenly spread around the average household.

I like my halved, toasted and generous quantities of butter spread on it, washed down with a cup of tea. I will only ever eat two at a time, 1 is too little, 3 or more and I'm just being greedy.

Marks and Sparks do a mean cranberry and orange hot cross bun, devine. :)
Toasted with butter, otherwise just whole and plain if I can't be arsed.
Toasted and buttered is surely the way though.

I'll toast them if I have a toaster to hand but tbh raw is fine.
also GF is 100% sure that I should be having marmalade on them
It's amazing how wrong girls are all the time.
